studied Music in Cologne, Cuba and USA (Jazz, Classik, Composition), completed „with distinction“. Clarinet studies with Charles W. Salinger (Philadelphia Ballet) in the tradition of Daniel Bonade, that via Curtis Institute developed into the „American School“; Jazz flute, Diploma with Michael Heupel; in Cuba dived into Charanga flute styles; Saxophone with Heiner Wiberny (WDR Big Band), Frank Gratkowski, Joachim Ullrich, Dick Oatts, Bob Mintzer, Joe Lovano, Jimmy Heath, Antonio Hart, Greg Osby; Jazz Drums with Tom Palmer, Ronnie Burrage a.o., Piano with Hans Lüdemann, Bill Dobbins, John Southard. Composition with Jennifer Margaret Barker. International Concerts and cd productions in the US (with Bob Mintzer) and Cuba (with Pancho Quinto). Current projects: Stockhausen IV, Grand Central Orchestra, Cologne Saxophone Quintet
